Hadith means speech Education

Hadith means speech. The speech from the holy mouth of Nabi Karim (SM) has been styled as Hadith. But technically Hadith means Hazrat’s speech, activity and approval. What Hazrat himself said, what he did and what was done or said either in his presence or in the know of him and he approved it or remained silent.
This approval or silent consent is called Takrir. In this consideration. Hadith is of three kinds namely, Kawli (Verbatim). Feli (actional) and Takriri (approved). But originally Hadith is of two kinds---Hadith Ummi, and Hadith Kudsi. The Hadith, narrated by the Prophet as the speech of Allah but not put in the Quran is known as Hadith Kudsi.

All other Hadiths are known as Hadith Ummi. Hadith is the direct explanation and analysis of the Holy Quran. Here lies its importance. Without the clear understanding of Hadith a Muslim can’t lead his life to the path of Allah. It is the second source of Islamic knowledge. In this context Allah says. Accept what My Rasul gives and prevent from what he forbids you to do.
Hazrat Muhammad (SM) himself said, “I am leaving for you two things-the Quran and the Sunnah. You will never be led to an evil path if you follow these two things strictly.” A true Muslim can’t lead an honest and pure life without the knowledge of the Quran and the Hadith.
The main books of Hadith are Bodhari Sharif, Muslim Sharif, Meshkat Sharif, Tirmijee sharif.

Khan Jahan Ali Islamic education

There are a lot of preachers of Islam who came to our country and spread Islamic education here. They are termed as saints. One of them is Khan Jahan ali a Bagerhat. He had different names such as Khan Jahan Khan, Khan Jahan Ali, Khan Jahan Ali Khan and Khaja Khan. He was a zealous worker, staunch warrior and a devoted preacher. Not only that he was a powerful ruler and a spiritual aeader.
He is also regarded as a great saint. He is most famous for his piety and philanthropic activities. Nothing is clearly known about his early life. From history we know that he had served for several years in the court of Delhi during the Tughlaq period. From there he came to Bangladesh to preach Islam. He halted at Bagerhat and settled there.

Bagerhat was then a backward area. Khan Jahan Ali found Bagerhat beset with various problems. First of all, he made some roads connecting Khulna and Jessore. He also made mosques, public buildings, bridges and dug tanks. Two of the tands are still known to the people as Ghoradighi and Dargadighi. He built the Shat Gambuj Mosque. It was bilt in 1440. The mosque is one the most magnificent ones. It is regarded as one of the best architectural beauties of the country.
Khan Jahan Ali was a powerful leader of the people. He could build luxurious palaces and amass vast riches for his own pleasure, but he did not do so. He bought the love of Allah by giving up these world pleasures. On the other hand, he made road, dug tanks and built mosques to lead the people of this part of Bangladesh to the path of well being and prosperity both here and hereafter. It is said that each of his soldiers had a spade and not a gun. They were always busy with development work. It was his sincere love for the people and Allah fearing attitude. Due to his continuous and selfless effort Bagerhat and nearby areas became developed. He turned an overpopulated jungle region of bagerhat into a beautiful habitable land. Khan Jahan Ali was not a monarch but his deeds were no less glorious than those of a noble monarch. He was a monarch without a crown.

Allah Is Great

A discussion went on between two friends who are devoted Muslims. One of them was Ali and other was Ahmed. They talked about the importance of Al-Kitab sitting in a field near a mosque. This is what they talked.
Man is created and Allah Himself is the Creator. There are many other creations. But man is the best of them. He created man and genie for His worship. Allah created the soul of man and the soul promised to worship Allah as Lord; Allah is Khalik and man. His created being is ‘Makhlud’ and his vicegerent. So there is a relation between the Master and the servant. This relation is proved by faith in Him and obedience to Him.

To serve Allah is to worship Him. Hazrat Adam (am), the first man came to this world of ours with that responsibility. But his descendants forgot Allah and began to do evil deeds (sins). To lead them aright, Allah sent books from age to age on His choicest men. These books are Divine Books are termed as Al-Kitab.
Of the Divine Books, four are mainly known to us. They are the Towrat revealed to Hazrat Musa (am), The Zabur to Dawood (am), the Injil to Isa (am) and the Quran on Hazrat Muhammad (SM). The Quran is the last and greatest book ever so revealed. All these books particularly the Quran are of great importance to us because we can’t lead and live an Islamic life without the teachings and learning’s of them. It is evident that we depend on the fundamental principles of Islam that we get from the Quran.

The verbatim meaning of ‘Fatiha’ is beginning or opening. The Quran begins with this Sura. So the name Fatiha of opening has been appropriate. In addition to this name, the Sura has got a few other names. The Sra itself is a small one. It has only seven aiats or verses. But it significance is very deep. We recite his Sura regularly to perform Namaz or Salat five times a day. Without it we can’t say our prayer. The oneness of Allah. Worship of Him , obedience to Him-all these, it bodes forth at the beginning and the purport of the entire Quran is embodied in it. Its other name is ‘Ummul Quran’ or the mother of the Quran.
There is a great difference between Allah and man. We have already discussed that Allah is the Creator-the master of birth and death and man is His servant, a carrier of His orders. Man has to depend on Him in very walk of life and there is no alternative save worshipping (doing Ebadot) Him. The Sura under discussion gives man a nice form of prayer. For this the Sura is termed as Ta Limul Masaala or teaching of prayer.

Sura Fatiha Is a prayer-a munajat. It teaches us to how prayer is to be done. The significance of Ameen at its end means that the prayer be accepted by Allah-the Owner of the entire Universe.
Al-Hamdoo Lillahi Robbil Aalamin-Ar-Rahmanir Rahim-Malikee ye-ao-middin-Eayakya Nabudoo we-eaja bas-tayeen- Ehdinas siratal Mustakima siratallazina An-amta Alaihim, Gaeril Magjubi (dubi) Alaihim waladdallin-(Ameen).
In the name of Allah-Most Gracious, Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, the Cherisher and the Sustainer of the Worlds; Most Gracius. Most Merciful, Master of the Day of Judgement. Thee do we Worship, and Thine aid we seek. Show us the straight way (Path), the way of those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy Grace, and those whose (portion) is not wrath, and go not astray. Our prayer (Munajat) be accepted.
